JAPO Motorsport bought a very ordinary 1999 models GT-R, while it took three and a half dismantling it and converted it into today's " new" in condition . As part of the modification , JAPO use the original Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R NISMO Z-tune modification parts ( front skirt , the front wheel arch and the rear wheel arches ) and a unique silver "KY0" painting ( year Skyline R34 GT-R NISMO Z-tune limited edition of 20 units ) .

They also used the NISMO Z-Tune five-spoke wheels, Toyo semi- melt tires, leather / Alcantara fabric upholstery , upgraded multi-function display , re- modification of the speedometer , the highest speed can reach 30km / h.
Although the exterior is completely build a good , JAPO decided to join exciting things in the engine . They installed as this RB26DETT 2.6 -liter twin -turbo engine GT RS turbo , new intercooler, high-flow intake kit , high-flow fuel injectors and high performance spark plugs. These upgrades allow the engine output 385 kilowatts and 597 Nm of torque. ( Note : Normal version R34 Skyline GT-R power output of 244 kilowatts and 392 Nm ; while R34 Skyline NISMO Z-tune power output of 368 kW and 540 Nm. )(hyundai turbo)
In order to guarantee the power to maximize the potential of the engine to fully press , JAPO also install a HKS clutch , ARC strengthen the whole car trolley , StopTech brake system. JAPO Motorsport did not disclose the cost of car modification , but would have liked to 89,900 euros ( about 790,000 yuan ) .
